Fire Alarm
Caruth offers a full, turnkey fire alarm solution. During development, Caruth designs and installs the fire alarm system. Once the building is occupied, Caruth inspects, services and monitors the building’s fire alarm system to verify that the system is compliant and operating as intended.
Purpose
A fire alarm system warns people when smoke, fire, or other fire-related emergencies are detected. These alarms may be activated automatically from smoke detectors and heat detectors or may also be activated via manual fire alarm activation devices such as manual call points or pull stations.
Types
Fire alarms can be either motorized bells or wall mountable sounders or horns. They can also be speaker strobes which sound an alarm, followed by a voice evacuation message. The type of fire alarm system is determined by the type and use of the building. Caruth can design, install, service, and inspect any type of fire alarm system.
